Types of brushes
Round Brushes: The most versatile paint brush typically comes with a sharp point and is good for detailed controlled marks as well as fine lines.
Flat Brushes: Flat tipped brushes can be used to make thick consistent strokes or thin lines they are great for defining edges. They look similar to bright brushes but they have a more rectangular shape and a longer bristle.
Bright Brushes: Very similar to flat brushes bright brushes have shorter bristles that are more similar to that of a square. They are useful for short controlled strokes.
